Been ordering cutters with my logo for a few years now. The latest batch I ordered came with blue handles not black and no logo. The agent instead blamed me and refused to do anything to help me.

The buyer did not submit their personal logo and black handle color when placing the order, so the order was sent out based on the blue color displayed in the product link. The buyer's mistake will be attributed to the supplier, and they will no longer do business with this buyer
